The worst hosting on the planet!

As much as I hate to flame, I have to warn everyone on the net about the customer support and service at ehostpros.com. Uptime left much to be desired, and if you want to cancel your account, prepare to wait half a year.

So here is my account. This is pasted from their ticketing system online. I tried to be as polite as possible as you can see. They were the same, but kept running me in circles, saying they forwarded my request, they were working on it, etc. As far as I am concerned, I think they do this to make customers give up. However, I thought I would try to give them a little pain back their way, and make sure digg users know not to choose ehostpros.com. They might seem ok when you signup, but if you want to cancel for any reason, your money is as good as gone. No refunds, just runarounds. The request was started in September! It is now January, and I still have not received a refund. Please do yourself a favor and do not consider ehostpros.com for your hosting needs.

Posted on 03 Oct 2005 05:31 PM I submitted my request via your online form on 9/20/05 for cancellation of my account and domain. I received an email from cancel@ehostpros.com confirming receipt. Can you provide me with a status update on the request?

Sorry for the dealy. We have changed our billing method to paypal, so we can't refund your money to your CC account. Please provide your paypal account details, then we will refund the money for the unused months of plan to your Paypal account.
